Outstanding 1962 Ford Galaxie Resto Mod built by Jim Boruff, only 1,100 miles on the build! Absolutely flawless fit and finish on this car. Black exterior paint with arrow straight body, you wont find a nicer Galaxie in the country. Gaps, chrome and stainless are mint in show condition. Matching custom power convertible top absoluletly no wrinkles. Custom glass back window.
Power is supplied by a 351 Windsor with Holley Carb and mild cam. AOD Ford Trans with 9 inch Ford posi rear end, 350 gears. Adjustable stance with coil over on the front and shocks on the rear. Car is equipped with power steering, Wilwood power disc brakes on front and drum brakes on the back.
Interior by Steve Holcomb – finished in cool black leather. Custom bucket seats in front, back is bench with a bucket seat look. Machine made stainless trim accents throughout by Dan’s Polishing and Chrome. Custom gauges, Vintage A/C and finished trunk in matching leather.
Riding on Billet Specialty wheels and Eagle LS Goodyear tires, 225/50/R15 on front and 275/55/R20 on the rear. This outstanding Galaxie has won Top 25 at Shades and Goodguys Buildler choice!
