1955 Ford F100 Pro Touring Truck…..SOLD!

This outstanding one of a kind truck is the result of a 9 year build at a cost of $385,000. Every piece of this truck has been replaced and refinished to jewel like condition starting with a F100 truck body that was totally disassembled and stripped down to the bare metal. The stock skeleton was boxed, notched, smoothed and filled by Mike Gamble Street Rods of Arnold, Missouri. The modified bed is constructed from a sheet of Lexan Poly Carbonate flooring show casing the suspension work and detailing, it gives a clearer look at the polished four link, brake lines, polished AODE trans. and driveshaft. Ford 9 inch polished rear with 31-spline axles, 3.73:1 gears and polished Wilwood 11.5 inch disc brakes front and rear. A Heidt’s 4-link system was used to center the axle, and Heidt’s coil overs set the ride perfect.
Power comes from a 32-valve dual over head cam Lincoln mill puts out the power anyone would ever need. A polished Griffin radiator, polished aluminum valve covers, intake and a custom made air duct system completes the engine bay. Borla polished stainless mufflers and Ford Motorsport headers with 3” polished exhaust complete the sound. The interior was given the same attention to detail with a dashboard from a Mid FiftyF100 and White face gauges fro Auto Meter, Vintage Air and Kenwood stereo. Mike Roth made a custom bench seat, the door panels, and a one off headliner. All components were covered in a luxurious Red with Black trim. Steering column and all other visible metal surfaces were polished. The finishing touches outside is a flawless Dupont Red and Black finish from top to bottom with subtle Gold and Silver graphics. Wheels 18X8 and 20X10 Billet SpecialtiesVintec ride on 245/40/18 and285/35/20 B F Goodrich G-Force tires.
